  12. Does anyone have the C code for the above executable? I have been trying to write
  13. my own with little luck. Someone sent me the executable, but not the source, and
  14. I am trying to get some information on the way the 16 bit linear to 8 bit ulaw
  15. conversion takes place. BTW, the executable does a very good job in changing
  16. the samples..... -To all that it may concern.
