  17. Does anyone use QSM's metric tools ? Can you tell me any further
  18. information about them ? What is QSM's address and fax number ?

  20. I just read the book "Measures for excellence: reliable software on
  21. time, within budget" by Lawrence H. Putnam and Ware Myers, 1992
  22. Prentice-Hall. It was worth reading.

  24. In the book the authors talked about the company Quantative Software
  25. Management, Inc. (QSM) and its software products such as SLIM-Control
  26. and PADS-database for controlling software projects. However, there
  27. was no further information about the tools, so I don't know if they
  28. are commercially available at all.
