  16. Now, the mooch;  Can anyone tell me a source for information regarding
  17. the structure of a Information Systems Strategic Plans (preferably for
  18. a government institution - such as a lab.)  Even a copy of an old
  19. plan would be helpful.

  21. PS:  I have included misc.jobs.contract on here because writing
  22. strategic plans is just the sort of thing consultants are used for.
