  42.   Let's put the shoe back on the other foot.  What major improvement in the
  43. implementation of computers has occured within the last 20 years due to 
  44. software management (i.e. methodologies, etc).  Before denouncing me as a
  45. heretic how about some proof that I am in error. (Those who know me will tell
  46. you that I often am..)
