  16. Xircom didn't see fit to distribute source, even when they were using
  17. Russ's packet driver framework as a base.

  20. port Ethernet adapter and compete with them.

  22. For a while, at least, Xircom promised to make sources available to users
  23. who paid money and signed a non-disclosure agreement.  You should contact
  24. them to see if they still do this.

  30. You might have better luck with a David Systems adapter, since they seem to
  31. be much more open with programming info.
