- Does there exist a non-Windows PC version of ftp that has scroll back and
- screen saving/printing? While I am grateful for the NCSA's efforts, the
- inability scroll back to data that may have flown off the screen can be
- irritating. On more than one occaision I've felt like I was playing a video
- game: make sure the printer's powered up, keep a finger hovering over the
- print screen button, enter the fateful dir command, and do a crazy zen chop
- as the desired items hit about the right spot on their race across the
- screen... not the most effective way to do things. I don't want to load my
- system down with any more TSR's that might do this job, and though NetQVT
- has its own ftp, NetQVT doesn't do bootp. I'm using a slip connection where
- my address is different every time I call in; bootp is darned practical.
- There must be something out there...
