  10. Hello, I am the beginner of communication. I have some questions about ftp and
  11. want anyone to answer me.
  12. I have experiance to use ftp to transfer files on my local area network but I
  13. haven't any idea how to access any public ftp sites. I have always seem some 
  14. articles about upload/download files from some ftp sites.
  15. How can I access this site and what facilities must I have?
