  14. Here's another "Network this ancient PC please."

  16. I have an AT&T PC6300 Plus (basically a PC6300 with a 286 daughterboard)
  17. that I'm trying to install a 3Com 3C503 (8-bit) network adapter in.  So
  18. far, even 3Com's diagnostics can't locate the card.  It would appear to
  19. be an I/O address problem, or at least that's what the diag. complains
  20. about.

  22. Has anybody had any luck with this combination or should I abandon ship
  23. now, and save myself a major headache?
