  13. through Prentice Hall (order number 47322-3 [Sun cartridge] or 47233-2
  14. [9-track 1600 BPI tape]), or directly from us at a higher price. I'll send
  15. ordering information directly to you, and anyone else interested can send
  16. me mail for details.

  18. free via anonymous FTP to "ftp.uu.net", directory "published/books", file
