  12. At risk of asking what may be a FAQ, can someone recommend
  13. a Windows 3.1-based email reader?  We have about 20 PCs
  14. connected via PC-NFS to our Sparcs.  Many of our newer
  15. users do not like to use Sendmail or fuss with Unix in any
  16. way.  Over the past couple of months, the lab installed
  17. Lotus's cc:Mail with a SMTP gateway.  However, we found it
  18. very unreliable (the gateway just kept going down among
  19. other problems).

  21. So, most of us are back to Sendmail.  Can someone recommend
  22. a Windows-based mail reader that will access the /usr/spool/mail 
  23. file over NFS?  I have heard of WinQVT, and it may suit our
  24. needs.  Does anyone have any comments on it or others?  I'll 
  25. send copies to anyone who requests anything I get via e-mail.
