- I am not sure if this is the appropriate group for this question,
- but I could not find anywhere better.

- I am interested in finding out more about statefull and stateless
- protocols and how they are written and what features change a
- protocol from being sataeless. The only glimmer of knowledge I
- have about them is that NFS is stateless and that this makes it far
- more resilient to the conection being broken temporarily.

- If any one knows of any texts or papers which discuss the topic
- a reference would be greatly appreciated.
