  22. I have one solution, which I plan to implement here: 
  23.  
  24. 1) Establish a CAP-based mountable disk. 
  25. 2) Use FRONTIER (a Mac scripting system) to do scheduled mounts
  26.    of this filespace (at night) and incrementally copy files to this
  27.    "partition". 
  28. 3) Use a UNIX CRON job to copy this filespace to tape. 
  29.  
  30. It is easiest to use FRONTIER (system 7) to do the "scheduling"; however,
  31. it should be possible to write equivalent C code to do the same thing.
