  12. I am helping someone to upgrade VMS from 4.7 to 5.4 for her VAXstation II/GFX. 
  13. I boot the machine by 4.7 standalone backup tape and then "backup/verify mua0:
  14. vms054.b/save_set dua0:" as mentioned in the manual. However, I got the error
  15. message -- "volume summary data for DUA0: not found -- /IMAGE cannot be used". 
  16. I tried "ana/disk/repair" but no luck.
  17.  
  18. Does anyone meet the same problem before or know how to solve this problem? 
  19. Any suggestions are welcomed.
