  33. The easiest, and most painful way, would be to install the MAIL image with
  34. accounting enabled.  You could then go back and "credit" each account for the
  35. time burned by mail.

  37. We did the reverse of this, chargeing every user of our SNAgateway, since we
  38. were in turn charged by our mainframe group.  Since then, we quit chargebacks,
  39. moved all the money functions to a VP transfer level and everybody is happier
  40. (even the guy who writes the check, since he hears less bitching!)
