  14. This mail is to supplement my previous mail about IRC, cos' I think maybe
  15. I didn't give enough information about IRC.

  17. I was wondering if there is some way to set up a client program for
  18. IRC on the VAX?
  19. I am also looking for some way to use DCC GET on irc.
  20. By the way, IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat. It's a place where
  21. people from different places can talk to one another.
