  13. For years VMS backup has been an excellent tool for doing
  14. backups. (may not have been perfect) Comparing it to Anything
  15. available on the Unix platforms was impossible. Their are no
  16. production quality backup products on present Unix systems.

  18. My question is: 
  19. Any of the OSF folks out thier have any info as to a solution
  20. to backups on Alpha / OSF....?

  22. Tar, Dump, CPIO, etc just dont cut it in a multi vendor production
  23. environment.
