- Odd that nobody's explained this behavior. VAXen have TOY clocks. TOY stands
- for Time Of Year. Upon boot, the system combines the year information from
- SYSBOOT.EXE (I *THINK* that's the right image) with the data in the TOY clock
- to get the current time. If SYSBOOT hasn't been updated since last year, this
- combination gives the obvious erroneous result.
