- i believe that SYS$COMMON:[DECW$INCLUDE]CURSORFONT.H and
- SYS$SHARE:DECW$CURSOR.H list the possible pointer
- shapes. the XC_trek shape is listed in CURSORFONT.H
- as 142; why it has to be negative in SM_GENERAL is
- unknown to me.
