- I saw a similar reference quite awhile ago (months) but had _just_ switched
- to Motif and, alas, the table of values given didn't work. I assume this is
- a DECwindows thing only, not Motif. Or is it? Any way I can access this
- alternate list of pointer shapes from Motif?
