  25. I saw a similar reference quite awhile ago (months) but had _just_ switched
  26. to Motif and, alas, the table of values given didn't work.  I assume this is
  27. a DECwindows thing only, not Motif.  Or is it?  Any way I can access this
  28. alternate list of pointer shapes from Motif?
