- Funny this should come up. Yesterday (Jan 7th) I upgraded our Library VAX
- system to VMS 5.5-2. No, I hadn't done a SET TIME (although I'd seen articles
- about the date being off) and yes, the date was a year out. I noticed it
- and corrected it before bringing up the Library software - can you imagine the
- chaos with every book on loan suddenly becoming a year overdue? The fines might
- pay for a new VAX (which they need fairly desperately).
