  12.     I have a technical question. We have a DECserver-300 with 16 DEC-423
  13.     ports. A number of ports have to be configured as "remote access". That
  14.     means, connection to that port is initiated by a host or other local
  15.     port. Connection will never be initiated by the external world
  16.     connected to that port.
  17.     
  18.     A DEC423-port support two control signals: DSR and DTR.
  19.     
  20.     Now my question: How do I have to configure the port, is such a way
  21.     that the port outgoing DSR-signal, signals to the external world,
  22.     wether the port is currently remotely accessed or not.
