- Isn't it amazing he is reaching us? In a way, I do understand his
- desperation for help... The language is always a problem to a non-
- native speaker (especially when it differs a lot --- what if all
- your manuals and HELP messages were in Egyptian!). The technical
- support group may be too busy understanding (and translating) their
- first set of manuals or such a group may not even exist in Egypt at
- all.
