  17. Isn't it amazing he is reaching us? In a way, I do understand his
  18. desperation for help... The language is always a problem to a non-
  19. native speaker (especially when it differs a lot --- what if all
  20. your manuals and HELP messages were in Egyptian!). The technical
  21. support group may be too busy understanding (and translating) their
  22. first set of manuals or such a group may not even exist in Egypt at
  23. all.
