- I made this very comment to CSC just yesterday over a related issue... I had
- a PostScript program from someone here locally that would print a sample line
- of text in each font that is resident on the printer. It was reported to work
- with every PS printer known to the civilized world but it bombed on the DEC
- LPSXX printers. DEC gave me a program that they had writtten that accomplishes
- the same thing, but I still told 'em that I think that any generic PostScript
- ought to work on their printers with their software if they are going to
- claim compliance with standards.
