- If you mean Notes V2.3, consider that the release notes say:

- o To use VAX Notes with the DECwindows Motif interface,
- you must install VMS V5.4 or higher, and VMS DECwindows
- Motif V1.0 or higher. Any other version may result in
- incorrect operation of the DECwindows Motif interface
- of VAX Notes.

- I believe this means that Notes will no longer run under non-Motif versions
- of DECwindows.
