  10. Greetings, netfolks. I'm having trouble with a MicroVAX II, running VMS 5.0,
  11. with a TK50. Said TK50 worked up till recently, but lately does the following:

  13. I start a backup, it runs fine till it asks for a 2nd tape. When you load 
  14. the 2nd tape in, system will not recognize. When you issue a REPLY/TO= 
  15. command, process running backup continues to sit there, never loads 2nd tape.
  16. When you kill the process, drive will no longer work at all till reboot.
  17. I need to get a good backup before trying a power down to see if Tape
  18. controller can be cleared. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions?
