  20. It's due to a software bug in the SYSLOA46.EXE image that's triggered when a
  21. memory error occurs. It affects only VS4000 model 60 workstations and 3100
  22. model 80 servers. CSC has a fix which is known as CSCPAT #1014. You may need to
  23. go through Field service to get it. The bug is fixed in VMS 5.5-1.
