  23.   - paying for a piece of code that could be obtained for nothing
  24.   - paying for a piece of code containing a large part of code, which
  25.     could be obtained for free (then you actually pay for the customization)

  27. There may be cases where you even pay in the first case, but then you actually
  28. pay someone to collect/compile the stuff for you (and maybe send you
  29. regulary updates etc.).
