  24. Can't the same name be used for totally different things ?  For example,
  25. if you brought out a new computer and called it a MAC, you would probably
  26. have Apple after you.  If, however, your new product was a hamburger, you
  27. might get a call from McDonalds.

  29. True story:  The makers of the VAX vacuum cleaner brought out a new smaller
  30. model a couple of years ago.  They decided to call it ......
  31. the MiniVAX  (a major marketing opportunity lost there :-( )
