  16.   What I want to do:
  17.     Be able to run DecWindows applications on a VT100/VT220 terminal.

  19.   Why I want to:
  20.     I would like to run some DecWindows applications, esp. BookReader, from
  21. a VT100/VT220 terminal.  We only have 4 DecStations in our lab, and often they 
  22. are in use.  Since our 'Gray Wall' is under lock and key, I use BookReader and 
  23. the Doc. CD(s).

  25.   Does such a program exist?  If not for VAX/VMS does it exist for a IBM/PC?
