  13. Keep in mind tha occasionaly the error is in the ECC area and not the data 
  14. and in those cases data will be good but it will still fail ecc.  The relative
  15. lengths of ecc and the data block they protect gives a naive estimate but
  16. further analysis is needed to be fully accurate.
