  15.     No, DEC has a RTL for such applications. If you are on contract
  16.     for VMS updates and docs, you should have recived a book on
  17.     multithreaded programming, "Guide to DECThreads". This book has
  18.     lots of examples [using C] on how to use the multithreaded 
  19.     library.

  21.     I have not tried it myself, and have not heard about anybody else
  22.     that have used DECThreads. Maybe somebody could give a hint on
  23.     the usability and reliability of these routines.
