  23. I use such a program in the SYLOGIN to ensure that for X25 logins (using
  24. VAX PSI), the remote DTE address and DNIC is included in the accounting record.
  25. This is because I like to filter accounting records for stats purposes based
  26. on which X25 network the user is coming from (yes, the remote DTE address
  27. appears in the PSI Accounting, but the username is always SYSTEM if you have
  28. PSI-ACCESS, and you can't select records with an ACCOUNTING command on this
  29. field).  You could use this program as a starting point.  It's available for
  30. anonymous FTP at kirk.eurokom.ie as SET-PSI-ADDRESS.MAR.  I did another one
  31. for Multinet TCP/IP so that it inserted the numeric remote IP address in
  32. one of the fields in the same way that CMU did (the *only* thing that CMU had
  33. over Multinet :-)).
