  13. vax using LZDCMP. If anyone else needs the information, here it is....

  15. 1. make sure to download the file in IMAGE mode if using UCX ftp.

  17. 2. You must use the qualifiers /EXPORT=(UNIX,NOENDMARKER) or 
  18.    /EXPORT=NOENDMARKER as in
  19.     lzd input.RAW.Z/EXPORT=(UNIX,NOENDMARKER) output.raw
