  13. I couldn't find the original note -- but someone from IBM compiler development
  14. sent me email suggesting there wasn't any intent to extend the dicount on the
  15. IBM C Developer WorkSet/2 (32 bit C compiler, debugger, toolkit, Workframe/2).

  17. However, here it is again, Dr. Dobb's Journal, #197, February 1993, pp. 3-4:
