  12. Someone uploaded the GNU Smalltalk 1.1.1 to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu
  13. in the file smaltalk.zip (not sure where it is now).  After
  14. unzipping the file I found no OS/2 specific stuff (makefiles 
  15. etc..).  Could some hot shot programmer take a look at this code 
  16. and attempt to port it to OS/2 2.X.  I've gotten the code to
  17. compile (with some warnings) but some of the test code fails.

  19. It would really be nice to have a free Smalltalk for OS/2. I
  20. think only a few hours work would be required.
