  36. Although, I don't think it will document ALL of them.  The only VIO
  37. calls that work with 32-bit code are the AVIO calls, because they are
  38. device independant.  It says (in the redbooks) that the non-portable
  39. calls have no "thunk" layer, and that they only exist for
  40. compatibility with 16-bit code.
