- Although, I don't think it will document ALL of them. The only VIO
- calls that work with 32-bit code are the AVIO calls, because they are
- device independant. It says (in the redbooks) that the non-portable
- calls have no "thunk" layer, and that they only exist for
- compatibility with 16-bit code.
