- Two questions:
-
- 1) Is there a PMSPY (functional equivalent to the Windows SPY.EXE) available
- from anyone, free or commercial? (I.e., a program that lets you view
- messages sent to windows...)
-
- 2) Does PM have the concept of transparent windows? In playing around with
- the combobox I've noticed that it's really three windows, but that as the
- inner listbox adjusts itself the outer window will "let through" part
- of the window underneath as appropriate. Is it just that the outer window
- never does any painting? If so, wouldn't the WS_CLIPCHILDREN flag on
- the parent affect things? Or is there a concept of a "transparent"
- window.... (To see what I mean bring up the dialog editor and put a combo
- box on a dialog and play with its height...)

- So is Windows NT short for "Windows, NOT?"
