  27. Some time ago, when I was still a beemer, I wrote a long "How-to" guide for
  28. doing online help for an application.  You could chop out the part about the
  29. C code and use the /INF switch to make an online book instead.

  31. Unfortunately, although I placed this guide at an anon-ftp site, I cannot
  32. remember any of the 2 or 3 sites I placed this at.  Can someone else help
  33. me with this dilemma?
