  14. In the extensive original IBM OS/2 Reference Guides and Programming Guides
  15. I cannot find *anything* about OS/2's system help facility. I saw there's
  16. a Help Manager in the system, and I can call this one, but no word about 
  17. compiling a help database. How do I create such a beast? Is this a reason
  18. to get the IBM C-set/2 kit?
