  46. Well, this is not a bug at all.  It's just the setup - if you check the readme
  47. that came with the toolkit, it says to add C:\TOOLKT20\BOOK to your DPATH
  48. so it can find the files.  If you do this, you shouldn't need absolute paths
  49. in the env. variable.
