  25. To followup my own post:

  27. I did some more messing around and found that the version of Netbios in
  28. my \NETWARE directory (v 3.1) will load fine using Novell's 'real' ipx????.com
  29. (bound for my ne2000 at irq 2 and port 340).  So for me, it won't load using
  30. the requestor's virtual ipx but WILL using the 'real' one.  Can anyone else
  31. confirm this?  I wonder if setting the irq at 2 rather than the 'default' 5
  32. could be causing the problem.  Doesn't seem like it since everything works
  33. fine otherwise........Very frustrating, because I need netbios support in 
  34. DOS sessions and would *like* OS/2 Netware support!  Unfortunately as I'm
  35. sure many of you know, a call to Novell costs $150, and of course my dealer
  36. doesn't run OS/2.  He can place a call to them on my behalf however.  I'm
  37. hoping the experts here can offer some advice or at least tell me that it
  38. either does or doesn't work for them.
