- Recently I aquired a Gateway 2000 486/66V. They offer a CD-ROM drive
- upgrade with this machine. The CD-ROM drive has its own Sony interface.
- I was wondering if it ran with OS/2. The technical people at Gateway
- tell me that they have no drivers for OS/2. Mostly I want the drive for
- reading software distribution packages---not so much for multimedia.
- If anyone has any experience with this setup please drop me a line!
-
- Thanks,
-
