  11. Dear Netters.

  13. I would like to know if it is possible to change a running program in OS/2
  14. by means of the drag and drop feature. For instance I would like to take 
  15. a gif-fileicon and drop it over PMView and let PMView show the new file.
  16. Note: I don't want to drop it over PMViews icon, because then I just get 
  17. another program eating up my resources.
