  28.   Does this mean that any doc/programs on OS2BBS may be downloaded and
  29.   put on an ftp site?   I wanted to post this as well as other things
  30.   (recent sample C code for threads, ACDI, named pipes), but was 
  31.   concerning about the legality of making this stuff available.   I 
  32.   called OS2BBS (the help desk), and am waiting for a call back.
