  22. I think that the note means that if you are using OS/2 to run your CD-ROM
  23. drive in order to make the couple of floppies needed to do the install,
  24. that REXX is needed in order to create the floppies. You can use DOS to run
  25. the CD-ROM to make the floppies, without using REXX. Once you have the 
  26. couple floppies made, you don't need any OS/2 present to complete the
  27. installation from floppies + CD ROM.
