- If your WIN-OS2 full-screen desktop has a bitmapped backdrop (does
- yours?), then a seamless app will muck with the palette, making the PM
- palette match the WIN-OS2 palette. This is a bug, since the
- background bitmap should be ignored by seamless apps.

- your problem.
