  12. Why do DOS programs sometimes get messed up in OS/2 with write
  13. permissions?  For instance SLMR can never delete it's own work
  14. directory, even though it isn't using it.  Telemate can't launch
  15. wordperfect, because it gets "access denied."

  17. What's the problem? These programs are not being run in the background.
  18. There is nothing else using them.  They should be totally accessible.
