- I'm running a Cornerstone 1600x1200 19" mono display with its own card and
- display.dll for PM, and a NEC 3FGX screen with ATI Vantage card for the full-
- screen OS2 and DOS/WINOS2. Only one screen is active at a time, and the
- PM display is blanked when the full-screen process is displaying. When PM
- is active, the secondary screen is not updated. However, within these
- limitations, it works. I have never been able to disccover the magic
- incantations that will allow the ATI card to display in 8514 mode.
- Modifying OS2 config.sys and WINOS2 system.ini to try to make the system
- use any other drivers except VGA has uniformly resulted in non-display of
- WINOS2 screens. Absent detailed documentation on the use and interaction
- between display.dll, bvhvga, bvhsvga, bvh8514a, 8514a.sys, 8514.drv etc. etc.,
- it's impossible for me to figure out what's actually happening :-).
