  14. I just finished installing OS/2 2.1 Beta on a machine that is connected
  15. to a Novell network.  Amazingly, it never occurred to me until this
  16. moment that there might be a problem connecting it to the network.

  18. (I guess I was spoiled by the DV/X install, which automatically detects
  19. the presence of, e.g., Novell, and automatically does the right thing.
  20. Anyway, I guess I just expected OS/2 to come with Novell support.)

  22. Interestly, enuf, I can load SMCIPX, and NETX, in a DOS Window, and they
  23. load w/o error, but the F: drive does not make itself known...

  25. It does work, not surprisingly, in specific DOS.
  26. Is this the state of the art?
