- A lot of posts suggested solutions to getting a Bernoulli to work properly
- with the scsi 1542 host under OS2.
-
- Thanks to Jeff Rottman(?) and John Lloyd I have finally managed it.
-
- 1. Use Adaptec's "Lockdrv.flt" obtainable on their BBS.
- 2. If you wish to use the cartridge under DOS again do the following:
- a. partition and format the cartridge under OS2 initially.
- b. Use a disk editor (I used PC Tools 8.0 under DOS) to modify the
- partition table of the cartridge so the 1st partition is the only
- one used. Enter in appropriate cylinders etc. for your removable device.
-
- The Bernoulli finally works well for me and has OS interoperability.
- Thanks for the ideas. No thanks to IBM which hasn't called me back after
- three weeks.
